About
Ramley Publishing is a small press and publisher, founded by Jacqueline and Nicholas Roe. Avid collectors of books on art and history, they plunged into the publishing world after years of collaborating on books with others, and featuring in a variety of journals and in the press. They work with authors and illustrators to create limited edition books, cards, and prints, for a range of collectors and enthusiasts.
Our Team
Nicholas worked for large investment banks in the City, where he was responsible for running, creating and managing various products and divisions, as well as serving on the boards of other well-known financial companies and associations. Nick has extensive experience in project and business planning, and has written numerous articles for newspapers including The Financial Times, EuroHedge, HFM Weekly etc, as well as being responsible for the ‘How to Start a Hedge Fund’ book, published by ISI publications in 2002. Nick is a keen collector of art, literature and music memorabilia.
Jacqueline worked in the City as an IT Project Manager and Developer for many years, but is obsessed with art, and in particular the Renaissance. With an MA in Renaissance Studies, she curates the Renaissance Diary, a web-site dedicated to Early Modern conferences. She also writes art reviews for select journals, and has contributed recipes to specialist books. Jacqueline has a huge collection of cookbooks, in every colour, style and binding, and loves spotting new trends in the market.
